At Sherri Hill, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a streamlined return process for eligible unworn garments within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security ribbons, and protective coverings remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
